Hi, I’m Anita Fletcher, the founder of Standout Medical Careers.
Before launching my own coaching and consulting business, I led the Medical Careers Advisory service at the Australian Medical Association for over five years. That role gave me the opportunity to work with thousands of doctors—both in Australia and internationally—and to see firsthand just how complex and challenging a medical career can be.
It also gave me something else: a deep appreciation for the dreams, doubts, ambitions, and frustrations that so many doctors experience at various points in their careers.
